Kim’s Tea House, a popular Houston-based chain, offers a variety of refreshing beverages, teas, sandwiches, and snacks across five locations: Mission Bend, Westchase, Cinco Ranch, Hong Kong City Mall, and Bear Creek. With a growing customer base, the brand sought to enhance its digital presence and streamline its drive-thru ordering process to cater to a more tech-savvy audience. Syiree International was tasked with redesigning their website and creating an intuitive drive-thru menu that would improve both customer engagement and operational efficiency across all locations.

Goal

The primary goal for Kim’s Tea House was to create a cohesive digital identity that would be reflected across all five of its locations. This involved a complete redesign of their website to improve user experience and implementing an interactive drive-thru menu that could make the ordering process quicker and more efficient for customers on the go.
